Heavy cross-over, when I hear this in the US, with all those dudes who put those stickers on their trucks (yes, I never saw one on another vehicle, always a truck) 10 years ago.
Plenty of them were either thinking they were secretly watching the NFL the whole time or have abandoned that noise.

Well I’m not a secret NFL fan. Good on them for being exciting yesterday. It’s not that I abhor the league. Just no interest in it.
I think the last time I paid them any mind was when Simpsons was at their peak.

I don’t watch much NFL football, not because of the game, but because I don’t like being submerged in Americana culture for hours on end. Plus it’s hockey season.

I stopped watching the NHL because of the Americanization of hockey. The other thing I noticed was that when they changed the rules, they didn’t consult me.
