Hey @Tedzan_Lord_of_Lions any word on the Lions 2026 Coaching Staff? I haven’t been able to find anything myself

They haven’t announced any changes as far as I know

Right on just making sure I haven’t missed anything. I would imagine McDiarmid sticks around for another season as the ST coach.

Hard to complain about bringing Whyte back!

I would like to see competition brought in at the LS position. I think Kyle Nelson has played his last snap of football at the age of 39. Riley Pickett is a decent option but I’m not sure the team wants to go in that direction. Cameron Foran is on the roster but is also basically a rookie with little to no pro experience.

There are a few veteran options. Mike Benson has been in the league since 2012 and won the starting job in WPG before suffering a “season ending injury” in week 2. Winnipeg released him and rolled with a younger draft pick.

Calgary LS Aaron Crawford will also be available. He is coming off a legit season ending knee injury but is one of the best LS I’ve ever evaluated in the CFL. Both of these guys should be in the conversation.

I like Meyer as the punter.

Former BC Lion… May he rest in peace.

Not many Lions fans on the forum but I find myself wondering if Doman will make the relationship with the Seahawks official like the Bills/Argonauts with Seattle winning the Super Bowl.

They already have an unofficial relationship given what the Seahawks have done for the Lions in the past.
