There is a company in the US that provides charts for NFL & US college teams in regards to this based on position on the field, time remaining, and score differential.
Probably a little too costly for CFL teams to develop their own version.
It’s all hog wash. Every coach bases his decisions on how his team is playing and how the other team is playing at least as much as the game situation.
I would agree. Actually, given sufficient time or ability to input data it’s not that far fetched for someone to do it for the CFL. Not as lucrative, but definitely doable.
