Mainly due to Connor Helleybuyck’s gold-medal winning heroics, The Winnipeg Jets are the hottest trending item in the NHL. Of course, most of it is based on possible trade scenarios regarding the Jets goaler. Interesting to note, a total dud of a GM (Kevin Chevyldayoff) has no aggressive bones in his body. He continues to morosely play his dud cards, as is. However, he may be inundated by up to 5 top NHL teams requiring a top-flite goaler to put them over the top. The gold medal showcase may dictate the Jet’s future. With the current lineup of deadbeats, duds, pad-thumpers and light checkers, the Jets have no future, with or without Helleybuyck. So why not trade him for value. Kinda like last year’s Rantinen trade. . . . last year’s president choice win was a total anomaly for the Jets.
Its go time now. Do or die. Ride or die!
Wake up Chevy! Winnipeg not only wants a winner - they want an organization that makes strides . . . . tries doing the right things!
