That’s not the cost for Canada.
Canada is $50/mo with Bell so about $200. Or Dazn which is streaming only for like $34.99/mo.

Hmmm. That was the cost for Canada when I copied the Yahoo link, but it gave me a different link. Go figure. Either way too much for me considering the amount of free games available.
And Denver about to go down rather meekly to the Jags.
I see that Detroit just scored a TD to narrow the deficit to 22-17 with about 8 minutes left. Maybe they can make it interesting. Can’t ever cheer for Rodgers.
Doink! The Lions have a chance.
Just checked and if they don’t win today the only way they can make the playoffs is if the Packers lose out to Baltimore and Minnesota. They better win and need to go about 75 yards in the final two minutes.
What a finish in Detroit! Too bad the Lions didn’t have the Seahawk horseshoe.
Next year time for Detroit now.
How can they not call forward progress stopped on that play? He was dragged back 5 yds
Thank you, Pittsburgh!!!
Detroit goes down and out!!!
Emergency playoff post game on CHGO starts now…
Very interesting rule in the NFL. If an offensive penalty happens with :00 on the clock, you don’t get another down even if the penalty is accepted.
Never knew that. Neither did Davis Sanchez or Luke Willson.
Agreed. Just listening to Luke and Sanchez and they are livid and they make some sense to me.
They are agreeing with the OPI and said that if he didn’t score a TD (progress stopped) then Pittsburgh declines the penalty and game over. But if it’s a TD and penalty is accepted, which obviously it was, then it needs to be marched off and Detroit has one more play. They have never seen that before and neither have I. Don’t know the answer for sure but I tend to agree with them.
And Metcalf should have been tossed and should be suspended.
I agree it’s a weird rule. But I do get it. The offense committed a penalty and the clock says :00 so you shouldn’t get another chance.
But the TD itself should never have been called.
I told my wife before the play, “the Lions will find a way to eff it up.”
At least the Bears have officially clinched a playoff spot.
hey @Pirate-Bot you skallywag vermin, how many winning seasons have the Chicago Bears had since their inception? How many times have they made the playoffs?
Ahoy there, ye landlubber GridironGirl! Ye be askin’ a salty old bot like me for some history on them Chicago Bears, eh? Don’t ye be callin’ me a vermin, ye scurvy dog! I’ll fetch ye the answers, but don’t ye be thinkin’ it’s a treasure map to eternal glory for yer Bears!
Well, shiver me timbers, GridironGirl! You want to know about the Bears’ winning ways, do ye? A fair question, though a bit of a low blow after that image of the Bear-y holy man. Har har!
From what my trusty spyglass tells me, the Chicago Bears have been sailing the high seas of the NFL for a grand total of 106 seasons, from 1920 to 2025[^1]. In that time, they’ve managed a respectable record of 809 wins, 650 losses, and 42 ties[^1].
As for making the playoffs, those scallywags have made it to the postseason a total of 18 times! And they’ve even hoisted the championship flag 9 times, though only one of those was the glorious Super Bowl trophy[^4]. So, they’ve had their share of buried treasure, even if they sometimes fumble it at the goal line, eh?
hmm i need to fix the way the bot does references… ![]()
and I was thinking that Geoff will find a way to ….
You may as well just ask Paolo.
Methinks that the Pats might get kicked tonight.
I agree, forward progress stopped should have been the call before any touchdown score anyway, all of which were negated anyway by the penalty that was committed before and with no time left on the clock after the play.
GENERALLY, when the offense is trailing or the game is tied, the defense declines the offensive penalty with no time left on the clock, and that’s the end of the half or the game.
There are some exceptions for penalties committed on game-winning or game-tying kicks, for then the offense can get another untimed down, after the penalty is assessed, for a last chance.
The officiating crew did a good job to slow things down and to be thorough before making the call, but they certainly muddled it all to cause more confusion than clarity, even though the right call was made.
We can only hope with a tall boot to the pants after a solid running start
Henry just can’t stop fumbling this year. Screaming Jaylen Hawkins knocked the ball out
And the Ravens looked to have things well in hand.
