2025 NFL Week 16 Game Thread

And these next few weeks are likely the very last we’ll see of the tush push.

I think the NFL basically has their control room on the case greater focus on the play and sends in the signal to the official if there is a false start. They clearly don’t want it any more, and I figure neither will at least 75% of the owners this time around.

Touchdown Saquon - Eagles 21, Commanders 10

Alright Eagles, seal the deal and let’s move on already.

These two teams meet again in two weeks, and I cannot say that this performance has been reassuring against a weaker opponent, even when on the road.

We’ll see now, as Fox mentions, if that NFC East graphic is finally dead.

In for the Commanders at quarterback is Josh Johnson, age 39.

I’m amazed he’s still around, but good on him, after beating out Brock “Beef Broth” Bates to dash his NFL dream. We’ll catch him again I guess trying to crack a roster in the CFL.

It would be nice for once to see this kind of running game for the Eagles in the first half, but I’ll take our edge in conditioning in the fourth quarter in close games.

holy crap a hockey game is breaking out

Philly flexing a win over a 4-10 team on their 3rd string QB is on brand for a Nick Sirianni team.

Oh look a brawl. Bet you big Dom is in the middle of it.

Olsen “Big Dom’s at mid field”

Of course he is.

Yikes, really heated indeed!

Overheard on a field mic, but silenced by Fox, was Dom in the midst of that brawl:

“Yeah that’s right! :fu: ! You all in Washington wouldn’t know a hoagie from your morning  ! Now you can take that and shove it up yours too you (effen) fools!”

Big Dom is a loser who isn’t supposed to be anywhere near the field yet always seems to end up on it, and on camera.

He’ll probably be tossed for a game again, but he’ll remain a local hero for taking another one for the team.

Never gets punished. Except when he punched Dre Greenlaw, and it Warner who got ejected.

Well the Eagles will win, but that was kind of an ordeal.

On to the next game in this Fox Saturday NFL double-header!

I like the sound of that don’t you!?

But I wish the first game was better to watch than that, of course.

In that game a few years ago? Ah, but Big Dom got tossed in that one, and his local legend was sealed.

This game will not end. And Greg Olsen will NOT shut up. Move this along now, Fox.

Will the next game and Fox production have a happier holiday vibe?

To heck with this Fox crew in their concocted winter wonderland now. Move it along Fox!
