I suspect that I will be getting some Argo merch for Christmas. My partner and I were down in the merch shop at BMO, and I was hmm’ing and haw’ing about a sweater and hat. She convinced me I had enough gear at home. Shortly thereafter, my mother-in-law and partner disappeared and came back with a big bag, but were very keen on not letting me know what it was

According to Reynolds the starting monday after the GC the Riders were selling a GC hat every 12 seconds and it hasn’t really slowed down. That’s about $250 a minute in hats for a month now. Obsidian wear is also out pacing last year at this time which was already setting record sales.

Don’t forget the couple million ex pats living outside the province these days. Don’t miss the 70’s and 80’s in Sask. On the plus side it was real easy to start Hockey leagues, ball leagues and curling leagues in other provinces with ex stubble jumpers. Well, teams anyway. The GC hats were hard to come by.
