Fixed it for ya! ![]()
I am seeing clips of Repoele on the Storm sideline during the Kings game beside HC Becht wearing a headset, thinking he is helping. How should Louisville feel? The owner of the league on the opposing sideline? It was Repoele who pried Becht from St Louis in an effort to give Orlando a good team. Fans should see this as an issue that hurts the league’s credibility & be calling it out.
FIX YOUR DAMN STATS!
Critical jeers aside, I have no idea how they recruited and trained their kickers, but obviously there is a wide gap between performance on a familiar field on a nice sunny day, or in controlled conditions on an indoor field, and during the real thing.
Like in all sports, at the highest level it’s more about who is also mentally stronger.
From what I am reading,
are you mocking us?
Are you on drugs?
Oh I was all over that crap way above during the game, including especially also when Repole also said “we” as he paced the Orlando sideline.
How ESPN thought it was a good idea to have him on live baffles me, as Joe Tessitore, whom Repole called “Tess” and not simply “Joe” or even “Joseph,” sucked up to him for more than five minutes on air for the corporate douchebag he has become at ESPN like almost all of them left there any more.
I’m not sure the thinking behind all these attempts to interject drama during the games when quite simply it’s football, they snap the ball, and we watch what happens next on the field and not in a booth or on the sidelines, other than probably a bunch of bojacks and bojills trying to figure out something to do to justify their waning jobs in entertainment and media sectors.
birmingham won so they are now THEE Stallions
Funny I thought Houston won.
oh did stallions win last week? i keep getting some of the teams mixed up and i saw their record is 1 - 1
i’m not a fan of any of the teams in particular, i just watch the games. i think orlando and houston have similar uniforms, and prob birmingham and dc. only 8 teams and i can’t keep track lol
Great observation - I commented on this observation in the preseason too. They missed their chance to save some serious money!
heh yea
Yeah but as I understand, they are not THEE Gamblers, but those Stallions are THEE Stallions now.
We can now follow closely this new sideline action, though dodging of course the likes of one of Repole’s henchmen that Creepy Browser History Guy sideline reporter of ESPN, all season now!
According to @Stickweld21 , this is a low baseline ratings experiment, for it is on Dogshit Sports after all.
As expressed above, I totally disagree. I think they simply could not find a decent time slot on a holiday weekend.
But again, this situation would not matter as much were it later in the season had the season started earlier!
I expect that Dallas crowd tonight to be about as sparse on a Tuesday night in April as was that Houston crowd in that empty tomb on Sunday night, as was reported to us otherwise live by Dr. Goalposts @BetweenTheGoalposts
dude needs to stop listening to his AI friend
I got to see a kicker make 5 field goals and a 59 yard winner and then get showered in Easter eggs
it was pretty fun
According to Repole, the league will start earlier next season. There’s 2 ways they could do this.
- Start 2 weeks earlier in mid-March against a full-on assault from March Madness but finish before NBA and NHL finals start.
- Start immediately after SuperBowl and own the next 3 or so weeksuntil March Madness begins. That would mean more games on cable but potentially larger, more engaged crowds. What I would do here is make the season 11 weeks long with 2 games week 4 and 2 week 5 to not get completely trounced in ratings.
basketball sucks, not even with worrying about lol
Im not a big basketball fan but my girlfriend is a Michigan alumni and got me into March Madness this year. Still not something I’d go out of my way for but much prefer the college game to the NBA.
everytime i see this i think of some lunatic scientist in a lab building the perfect dual threat kicker. next project - ideal long snapper.
