Right now we have the weakest set of receivers in the league. And imagine if Philpot has to miss a game or two which has unfortunately been his history.

Yes but a very good oline and a elite QB can make a ok group of WR look very good
Will not be hard for the opposition to shut down the pass game (or at the very least disrupt the pass game) without a solid #1 receiver who can go get those 50/50 balls.
Even with a solid o line. They do not go down field on pass plays.
At the moment, do not see the Als with that kind of a receiver.
With a QB that can extend play and make every throw
Snead will find space with his quickness
Rambo (with Lavergne comments, pretty sure he will be back) with his speed will be hard to contain for to long
Philpot can win ball
Owens have the shape to win those balls
Hollins could maybe get back to his 2023-24 forme

WR are the most easy position to find in the US and when I’m building my team, WR are far from the top position im importance

C. Rambo est un bon receveur mais il ne fait pas partie de l’élite.
La perte majeure c’est A. Mack qui fait partie de l’élite des receveurs.
Le groupe actuel ne fait pas partie de l’élite mais la base est très solide.

I wouldn’t call Mack elite either. He had one great year and hasn’t been able to replicate it since. Now, I am on record many times stating that he had to deal with a lot of stuff beyond his control, so I’m not hating on Mack. But I think we use the term “elite” far too loosely these days. Elite and good/very good are not the same thing.

DA when healthy
Adeyemi-Berglund
Moose
Beverette
Ento
Sutton
Everybody else is good, very good, or serviceable.

Je placerais la ligne offensive au 2ième rang. Tu as beau avoir Ricky Ray comme quart, si ta ligne offensive est poche, le quart est trop souvent en situation où il doit forcer le jeu, s’enfuir ou prendre le sac; il ne se marquera pas beaucoup de points au tableau, la défensive va souvent être trop longtemps sur le terrain et la défensive ne te marquera pas plus que l’attaque les points qu’il faut pour gagner. Quart-arrière et ligne offensive sont une seule unité pour moi, et c’est la plus importante. On peut identifier qui du quart ou de la ligne offensive a des problèmes, mais c’est un niveau d’interdépendance qu’on retrouve moins entre les autres unités.

For three straight years, we’ve had a defence that has consistently been at the top of the league in many categories.
For three straight years, we’ve had an offence that has consistently ranked at or near the bottom of the league in most categories.
As a result, I and others are probably more concerned about our offence, and with good reason. Until and unless the team fields a top-tier offence, I will remain skeptical.
