Outstanding. Still the best DB in the league. Itâs telling that management always signs him early in the off season, even ahead of Holm, who I hope and expect they will sign as well. No DB in the league has more impact on opposing offenses.
Interesting, but his former partner in crime as a rookie, Dee Alford, has been in the news lately. After his initial 3 year contract Dee is finishing a one year $1.5 million contract with the Falcons. He wasnât a starter out of camp, but after injuries ended up starting most of the year. The discussion I read was about whether he will be brought back or become a free agent. Either way at 28 I donât think he is done with the NFL yet although it would sure be nice to have him back.
