Belief is a powerful thing.
Maybe the most insanely fit specimen ever. Just never translated to anything above average.
I certainly wouldnāt presume to think so, but to mention every other starting QB in the league but Alexander is definitely odd.
Anyway, nice to see Bo get his flowers. Funny to think he was temporarily demoted in favour of Taylor Powell a few years ago, compared to where he is now. Heās having a late-career resurgence under Milanovich and it looks good on him.
Yep, fixed. Not sure where I got Chris from. ![]()
I was ready to roll with Taylor in August of 2024. I assumed Bo was done and Taylor was our guy. I would bet my house this is Fajardoās last year. I think Bo will play 2 more.
Are we a better team with Tre Ford as our #2?
Maybe.
Fajardo only turned 34 recently and has been relatively injury free for the last few years.
Not sure why he would hang āem up unless absolutely nobody gives him a roster spot. Iām pretty sure most teams in the league would at least want him as a fairly competent #2 if his price is right.
Fajardo publicly said he almost retired last offseason.
Here is the quote from Hervey in the Powell article posted above. Cody has coaching opportunities down south apparently.
āWhen we signed him ( Powell), we felt like he had the potential to be a starter in this league. Given the situation last year when Cody was talking retirement, we canāt be in a position where weāre without a quarterback,ā general manager Ed Hervey said. When a player starts talking about retirement, theyāre usually halfway thereā
Thank you for posting that. I did not see that interview previously.
It makes sense then if he has other opportunities. Probably similar to the choice that Dane Evans eventually made.
Endorsed by the violater!
Up there with Sam Giguere.
One of the softest players I can ever recall was Giguere . A strong muscular physical specimen that would if thrown the ball in traffic over the middle would fold up like a cheap suit upon first contact 90% of the time.
Nice to see the writer take ownership of his omission (DA) publicly. Good on him.
Absolutely not a delusional thing for a 32-year-old sexual harasser coming off a major injury to believe.
We are #3 on this list
