Not a Leaves fan but if i was iād be embarrassed by the response from the other TO players. The fact it was their Captain and best player makes it worse than that, not one player even looked at Gudas with a stink eye let alone make a move to do anything. The funny thing is their coach Berube was a tough guy in his playing days, likely couldnāt believe what he was watching or maybe he could because his team is as soft as Charmin.

This Leaf team of the last 10 years have always been a bunch of wimps. Thereās always been talent with their core players, but they play with a complete absence of snarl in their game.
Their lack of response to the Mathews injury is even more embarrassing considering the fact that Ratko Gudas has been a thorn in their side for many years now. Yet, they still let him antogonize them. Some funny photos from previous years.

I actually thought Gooner Malkin wouldnāt get more than a pair of games. So, WOW - good on the violence-laden NHL for nailing hate-monger Malkin for 5. In prior no-helmet age he prolly would have killed his prey.
Leafs did the right thing. That team is mostly faerie queens and dancers. If Morgan Reilly is your enforcement agent you got problems!
