I’m the opposite.
Used to be I’d watch any hockey game at any level. Now there has to be at least one team playing that I don’t hate and the announcers have to not suck.

I’m not playing fantasy hockey this year so haven’t been keeping up as I have in previous years. I do find it utterly ridiculous how good the Avs are doing and their goal differential of +66 only halfway through the season. In fact, the Central’s top 3 teams are smoking everyone in that department with a differential of +122 while the Metro’s top 3 are next best at +25.

Hockey’s #1 with me. Frustrated Leaf fan. CFL’s next and then baseball. Always watch a lot of the Olympics, casual viewer of most other sports.

I think some of it is down to his production recently as well. Picking the team up as well as carrying them on your back at times can be applied to all the guys on your list.
Could you apply that to Scheifele?

Football is way better than hockey. 
I enjoy hockey when we get a chance to go to an Oilers game. Yesterday we did take in an Oil Kings game as the grandkids were singing the national anthem with their school.

I saw that but all it did was make me want to know what the rumours are.
