It’s great the defence has been somewhat strengthened with McManis while weakened losing Moxey and Amos. My concern is the loss of most of the offensive line (to Edmonton no less). It has been great in protecting Bo the last few years so hopefully the TiCat braintrust has serious plans in the works to further that protection.

Murray and Bordner played the same position and Woodmansey was replaced with a true centre in Kolankowski. All we need is a LT. That’s not most of the oline

Murray, Woodmansey and Bordner and last year Beard to the Elks. I believe Revenberg and Barrow are the only regular TiCat OL starters from last year but the team has “signed” a couple of OL Blue Bombers (Kolankowski and Lofton) but I don’t know enough as to whether they were regular Bomber starters.

Woodmansey, Murray and Bordner were 3 of 5 starters for our 2025 playoff game. That is significant.

Wolitarsky, or I am hoping one more major signing of a National receiver can cover BOOs production easily.
Bordner was benched in favor of Murray. They played the same position and Woodmansey got replaced by Dobson at centre because he’s had trouble snapping the ball all year.

Woodmansey slid to guard when he wasn’t at centre. Regardless we lost 3 of our 6 best O-Lineman to FA.

Lofton was a full time starter in the rehab tub . Played 1 game last year . He has been out of uniform more than he has been in it pretty much his entire career . Right now he is an early season candidate to take home the coveted CVZ-Figs trophy for ‘Most Tub Time’ .

It still remains that much of the previous TiCats OL is gone and its takes a while for the OL to gel and develop good communications and teamwork. You can’t expect and bunch of “strangers” to immediately work together as a team (ie correct blocking assignments, regular and blitzes).

There’s only 1 new player on the oline. Swartout has been with the team for 2 years. The oline is fine
