Yes, though mind you, that is if Lawler’s health continues to hold up. I admit I was skeptical about Hamilton throwing WR1 money at him because of his injury history, but he stayed healthy all through 2025. Let’s hope that injury-free streak continues for him in 2026.

This, but some refuse to see it as it is. Yes he’s a talented receiver, yes he’s fast, but NO you cant count on him to make that clutch catch. His 1000 yard seasons have not brought a Grey Cup home and the fact that the Team are ready to move on say all that needs to be said.

Make sure you put “football” in the google search for the new receiver.
It’s confusing because they signed Greg Bell’s college teammate and it makes you think “oh great, maybe he’ll stick around” but then they sign their 2nd RB (this one with NFL experience) so maybe they don’t re-sign him?

Let me do a quick check. He has finished 4th, 1st, 3rd and 9th the last 4 seasons in receiving yardage. He has unmatched consistency for receiving among current receivers.
And guess how many 4 x consecutive 1,000 yard receivers there are currently in the league? I will help, there is 1 and his name is Timmy.
Lots of reasons the team has struggled. White wasn’t one of them.

Th thing with fox and Garbutt is is there much DE or DT available on FA market.. with fox only making about 90k well he did last year and 126k for Garbutt last year.. fox I think is cheaper then what most ppl would be asking
